Movie Summary

Released: 1991
The Turtles find out where the ooze, the substance which mutated them fifteen years ago came from. Unfortunately, Shredder learns about it and uses it to enhance himself and two new mutants, Tokka & Rahzar. So the Turtles have to prove again who's the better ninja fighter and save New York once again.

Eh, good sequel, still not as good as the original though, kind of a pattern for Hollywood, actually.

The second best TMNT movie that ranks up there with the original. But the third one was simply awful.

i have this on dvd. it was my fave movie as a kid. part 1 is awesome too - faithful to the comics whereas this is more cartoonish.
