Every year, a bunch of grasshoppers come to the anthill and eat what the ants have gathered for them. The ants have to work all year to get the food, just to have the grass hoppers take it away.so the queen ant tells a trouble making ant named flick to go find warriors to help them fight off the grasshoppers (hoping he won't come back).
He comes back with circus bugs by mistake, but in the end they defeat the grasshoppers, and the ants are safe.
