Movie Summary

Released: 1995
Based on the true story of a sled do that delivered medicine to diphtheria-stricken Nome, this movie has Balto as an outcast, until the sled team gets lost, and Balto goes out in search of them, but will he make it back with the medicine in time?

The film which I remembered is set in Alaska in the mid-1920s, long before Alaska became a state.

I'm a huge fan of this movie! My favorite character is Star, he's so awesome! I especially love it when he makes that E.T. reference in the ice cavern!

One of my favorites as a kid. The second and third were terrible but this was gold!

This is such a great movie...sequels sucked though.
