A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving

Movie Summary

Released: 1973
It's Thanksgiving, and Charlie Brown and Sally are invited to their grandmother's house for dinner. Unfortunately, Peppermint Patty invites herself to their house, along with Marcie and their friends. Snoopy is in charge of cooking, but Peppermint Patty is horrifed at what Snoopy cooked and thought Charlie cooked it: toast, pretzel sticks, popcorn, and other things. Marcie sees how she feels, and comes to Charlie Brown's rescue. Charlie Brown thinks he can invite everyone else to his grandmother's, and the day is saved!

It is a shame no one else has posted on the best Thanksgiving special of all time. I have the Peanuts Holiday Collection on DVD and I try my best to watch this special during the Thanksgiving season because it just would not be the same without it. Plus it is a whole lot better than watching the parade which has gone done hill for the last couple years.

I loved watching this as a kid. Snoopy fighting with the fold out chair was great.
