Snoopy Come Home

Movie Summary

Released: 1972
Snoopy the beagle receives a letter from a little girl and sets out with his sidekick, Woodstock the bird, to go visit her at the hospital... leaving Charlie Brown distraught over his dog's sudden disappearance. It's later revealed that the girl, Lila, was Snoopy's former owner, and now he's faced with the decision to stay with her or return to Charlie Brown.

Easily the most popular of the non-holiday themed Peanuts films, this one premiered theatrically and has gotten tons of exposure over the years on television. It's had multiple video releases and is now available on DVD.

OMG I remember this. I watched this on TV when I was like 5 (back when Charlie Brown aired on Disney Channel which is where I watched this special). The part I remember most about it was when they were playing the song "Come On Snoopy Come Home". It was a good special, I watched it on Disney Channel like twice when I was like 5, it was pretty good.

I remember feeling so sorry that the little girl was sick. I kind of wanted Snoopy to stay with her. But, where would Charlie Brown be without Snoopy.
