Movie Summary

Released: 1973
Wilbur the pig is scared of the end of the season, because he knows that come that time, he will end up on the dinner table. He hatches a plan with Charlotte, a spider that lives in his pen, to ensure that this will never happen.

Based on the classic novel by E.B. White, the film stars the voice of Debbie Reynolds as Charlotte, and Henry Gibson as Wilbur. Allegedly, Reynolds was so taken with the novel that she didn't ask for payment for voicing Charlotte.

I loved this movie. The story of Friendship is classic. I thought Wilbur was so adorable and Charlotte was a pretty spider. And the rat Templeton is funny. We use to tease my Granpa by calling him Templeton because Grandpa use to call a buffett a smorgusbord Just like Templeton

I love this movie too. I use to cry too, but it was nature the spider had to die. Templeton was awesome. I think the next time I get a hamster I'll name him that. If I remember.
