The Grinch comes back to Whoville on Halloween night, along with his trusty sidekick Max, with intentions of spoiling the town festivities. Little does the Grinch know that young Ukariah Who is about to foil his plans. This Halloween follow-up to "Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas!" plays out like a prequel, and was followed by "The Grinch Grinches the Cat in the Hat."
