Friday the 13th: A New Beginning

Movie Summary

Released: 1985
After a few years in the Unger Institute for Mental Health Tommy Jarvis is deemed fit to be a part of an experimental social project for mentally ill teens. It is a camp where their freedoms are more open and they are trained to re enter society by partaking in a family setting. But Tommy is still severely haunted by the images of Jason Voorhees and he often finds himself frantically turning to his pills to save him. Suddenly the images give way to actual murders and Tommy must confront an all to familiar man in a freaky hockey mask in a fight for survival.

Directed by Danny Steinmann.

Ah the famed copy cat killer sequel. As a kid I rejected this film, but I've grown to enjoy it since. This film was meant to set Tommy Jarvis up to carry on as the new killer. But too many fans complained.

This movie was a complete ripoff. Thank God they brought Jason back in the next one cause part 6 is my favorite

This one wasn't bad. They just killed off Jason in part 4 they never thought about bringing back Jason until part 6.

And in part 6 he's just became a zombie by then.
