This cartoon movie freaked me out as a little kid. I could not watch this it bothered me so bad. It was way too graphic. I know stuff happens like this everyday, but personally the rabbits should have attacked. Big animal love here. I bet if I watched it again, I might actually like it now, but I don't know.

Animation has never touched so close to reality as with this film. Watership Down stands alone in its boldness, and sugarcoats nothing. Young children should have grown up present to explain somethings though. But still a must see for any generation.

"Watership Down" is one of my all time favourite animated films...it`s up there with The Lion King and Shrek for me...and after 30 years it still gets to me big time.

Haha I saw this movie for the first time last year I think when my boyfriend found it on tv and showed me how disturbing it was lol he said he watched it as a little kid.
