In this sequel to ONE MILLION YEARS B.C. (1966) a young blond escapes sacrifice and falls in love with a handsome fisherman and trains disnoaur. The special effects created by Jim Danforth, are excellent. It got nominated for an Oscar for best Special Effects, but got beaten by Disney's BEDKNOBS AND BROOMSTICKS (1971). Followed by the monster-free CREATURES THE WORLD FORGOT (1971), which was lacking in monsters. So, enjoy this wonderful film.
