Movie Summary

Released: 1976
An ambitious remake of the 1933 masterpiece Starring Jessica Lang, Jeff Bridges, and Charles Groden. An oil ticoon searching for a way to beat the energy crisis, a stoaway paliontologist , and a young aspiring actress come apone an uncharted island inhabited by primative people who supposadly worship an APE like figure. But when the hot young blond is kidnapped and sacrificed to a giant gorilla, chaos insues.

Okay, I saw the movie. And I could've taken this as a serious movie until about when they reach New York, because after that, the film belongs to a five year old.
