I loved this intro as A kid,but It seems quite similar to Cinemax's early 80's intro.If anybody has it could they post it?

Too bad ABC won't use it again. It is a classic for sure. I still have a copy of thes same Sunday Night Movie intro on one of my tapes.

Man this reminds me of Superman II and Grease.
