My school never let us have them because they were too big to fit in our desks, I was heart broken! lol

IF this is from the '90s, it'd have to be 1990/1991. I remember it, but would've guessed it's from the late '80s.

Trapper Keepers came back, but with customizable cover and magnetic flap.

I remember when I forgot my homework, I made up some lame excuse. I tried "my grandmother had to have an operation". Didn't work and I flunked.

I am IN THIS COMMERCIAL. Yes, I am the fat one who says "My Brothers Holding It For Ransom". I have been looking for this forever since I lost the VHS many years ago. My friend PJ (thank you) found it for me. Interesting to note there were 2 auditions in Manhattan and it was filmed at Silver Cup Studios in NY. While it looks like there was a schoolroom behind us, it was 2 walls and the catastrophe of dirt and cameras and lights to the left and right were not to be believed. 2 kids who were in the commercial were cut out without notice and did not get paid.
