Don't Drown Your Food

I don't care about not drowning your food! As a matter of fact, I'll even pour a huge puddle of hot sauce on my food and I'll eat it anyway cause I like spicy food!

I remember this comercial, and today I still add all those ingredients to my food, when I first saw this comercial when I was young, my mother told me that it was just ok to add little, and that the comercial was saying not to put too much stuff on the food. Besides the comercial lies when it says that food is better when you can see it, I still like to "drown my food". This was just one of those health comercials.

lol i hate mayo but i need ketchup

The point's obvious. Mayo and dressing is really fattening, so they don't want kids glooping it on.

My ABC station still shows this PSA on Saturday mornings.
