Julie Winters is just a great addition though, I still own every episode of The Maxx.

I watched Aeon Flux a few times, but never really got into it as much as The Maxx. I do however like Reign: The Conqueror by Peter Chung.

That and she totally looks like a California babe!

Aeon Flux? While definately a strange show with a lot of sexuality, the art style didn't make Aeon truly that attactive. She was kind of manish.

I think this type of article has been done before, but more in line with the Ladies from the 80s.

I will agree that Gi is a babe. So without futher ado I give you my list in my 20+ years of cartoon watching.

10. Cleo from Heathcliff and the Cadillac Cats.
I'm not much of a furry guy, but even I could tell that Riff Raff had the hot cat chick compared to Heathcliff.

9. Gi from Captain Planet and the Planeteers.
In the beginning she was alright and fairly cute, but in the latter episodes where the art style change... whoa was she hot!

8. Rogue from X-Men
Whoa! So hot and yet could not be touched. That southern accent was too sexy.

7. Sailor Venus a.k.a. Minako from Sailor Moon.
I hate putting anime characters here, but since the show was dubbed for a while I must. Mars without a doubt is the hottest one, but Venus was her blond counter part and the best part was she wasn't a bitch like Mars.

6. April O'Neal from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
My love of red heads must of come from watching this show. Too bad she wore that silly yellow jumpsuit all the time.

5. Tea Gardner (Anzu Mazaki) from Yu-Gi-Oh!
Man she is one hot and sexy girl from next door. Yummy!

4. Princess Zelda from The Legend of Zelda.
Okay so she was a bitch at times, still I understood why Link tried so hard to woo her. I think in the Captain N episodes he finally succeeded in bedding her.

3. Penny from Inspector Gadget.
Okay I know you all will think this is sick, but when you are a 6 year old kid there's something about her you just have to like. She reminds me of your best friend's older sister. She's smart and cute and at that young age she makes sense to us as the kind of girl we would know.

2. The Sorceress of Greyskull from He-man and the Masters of the Universe.
Yes I'll admit it. I think I got my first cartoon chubby from her. She was hot in that bird outfit, so warm, kind and gentle. Not loud and obnoxious like Teela. Boy I'd love to pluck her feathers.

1. Lois Lane from the Superman 90s cartoon.
Jebus! Those animators knew what they were doing. Always wearing that mini-skirt to show off her fine legs. I especially love the creative animation to prevent any panty shots from showing. And Dana Delany as the voice? Are you kidding me! That was pure sultry bitch talk. Freakin' hot!

Batgirl, Zatanna, and Harley Quinn doesn't hold a candle to Poison Ivy and Talia (Ra' Al Ghul's daughter). You gotta have Princess Jasmine in there too. Aladdin had a series on TV so she is an easy pick. If I can figure out that girl who was a tomato from Attack of the Killer Tomatoes she would probably be #1 but since I don't I gotta give it to Rogue.

I would go for Callie Briggs, Blackarachnia, Sally Acorn, Mirage from Aladdin and Maggie Reed from Gargoyles. Between Hello Nurse and Minerva Mink, I would go for Mineva because she is a sexy furry!

Its' fine to consider Penny "hot"...well...really...its' NOT fine, but one can understand it, I know people turned on who consider Lisa Simpson and Ruki from Digimon Tamers to be even hotter...

Zarius: Yes the Digimon gals (some of them) are cute. The thing with Penny is that when I was 6 yrs old I thought she was fine. I mean I had a crush on Punky Brewster at the age also. I was a kid and they were girls about my age. What's wrong with thinking they were hot? Today liking Penny would be like wanted Card Captor Sakura's ass and that's just wrong.

Ok, I know these other toons are kind of hot. But what you guys are missing is THE diva of all cartoons, Jessica Rabbit. She may have not had her own tv show, but her role in Who Framed Roger Rabbit? made cinema history. Why isn't she on this list? I would rather hug up with her than with grungy Aeon Flux or some of those anime chicks who look like they would cut you if you touched them. Give me Jessica Rabbit anyday.

Daphne Blake (Scooby-Doo). You want to talk about Zatanna's sexy legs? Daphne was dressed in purple (sometimes pink) nylons for a reason--to lure the teenage boys who'd be tuning in with their younger sibs.

Renee Montoya (Batman: TAS). Right up there with Elisa, IMPO. 'Nuff said. Some jabroni at DC decided a couple of years back to out Renee as a lesbian, this after she'd been portrayed as having had a schoolgirl crush on the Batman in the past.

Jayna (Wonder Twins; Super Friends). Modeled, I think, after singer Marie Osmond, whose variety show was on the same network (ABC). She was a crush of mine as a teenager.

Cheetara (Thundercats). Tough, fast, & hot.

Think about that.

Tifa Lockheart is hot . . . another hot chick from a video game is Seong Mina from Soul Caliber3. She is supposedly an asian chick but she looks more like a hot Latin chick. From the cartoon list I don't think Aeon belongs on the list. She wasn't anything ground breaking... that show had nothing but action with no story.

Don't forget about Poison Ivy from Batman: The Animated Series. She was always one of my favs as a kid back in the day! ^_^

Princess Sally, she's my personal favorite. Spunky, smart, sassy and damn good looking...no doubt about it, she's got damn good qualities. (Hey, her design was certainly well done and thought about too. Not that I'm implying any odd thoughts.)

God, this is the best list I've seen for the best female cartoon characters of all time! I just KNEW Minerva Mink would be on this list! She's just one character to die for! When I first saw her on the show "Animaniacs", I never really remembered her name, but I did remember how she looked all the time. Hello Nurse isn't really too bad herself, despite the fact she is on the same rank as Minerva as well.

P.S. - I think Misty from "Pokemon" is cute, too.
