Beetlejuice(1988)
Barbara and Adam Maitland are just returning home from a country vacation when they are involved in a bad car accident. Upon returning home to their mansion, they discover that they were killed in the crash and are now just spirits. The Maitlands soon find the annoyance of a new family, the Deetzes, who move into their mansion. Finding out they must spend 125 years in the afterlife in their house, they plot to scare away the Deetzes, with all plans failing until the Deetze's daughter Lydia tells them to seek the help of apparition expert Beetlejuice.
