Surf Nazis Must Die(1987)

The coasts of California is destroyed and is overrun with gangs. One gang ,the Surf Nazi's, is led by Adolf who intends on destroying all rival gangs on the beaches and control everything. However they make one mistake on killing an Innocent civilian named Leroy who works as an oil worker on the beach. When Leroy's mother "Mama" Washington finds out she make it an all out war against the Surf Nazis.
