Evan Almighty(2007)

This sequel to 2003's Bruce Almighty focuses on Bruce's TV rival, anchor Evan Baxter. Newly elected to Congress, Evan leaves the TV business and moves with his family to suburban northern Virginia with a campaign to "Change the World". Afterwards Evan notices strange things begining to happen. His alarm clock only goes off at 6:14, animals are following him, and he gets a large shipment of wood. He soon runs into God the Almighty who tells him that he must build an ark in preparation for a large flood.
