Mesa of Lost Women(1953)

A couple is found in the desert as they are recovering they retell their encounter with a mad scientist Dr. Aranya who is conducting horrific experiments., He has created a race of giant spiders and injecting women with human pituitary growth hormones developing superpowers. A group of people through a series of events get involved in a plane crash getting mixed in Dr. Masterson's vile experiments.
