House (Hausu)(1977)

A young Japanese schoolgirl nicknamed Gorgeous, after having problems at home decides to visit her Aunt. Gorgeous also invites her friends Prof, Melody, Kung Fu, Mac, Sweet and Fantasy ro her Aunt’s old house as well for their summer vacation. As soon as the girls arrive at the old house the girls are all taken one by one throughout the old house in various horrific ways.

Directed by Nobuhiko Obayashi.

The film was released in Japan, by Toho, in 1977 however did wasn’t released in the western world (mostly in the US and UK) until the late 2000’s.
