Licence To Kill(1989)

When a south american drug dealer brutally attacks a friend of James Bond. Agent 007 is adamant to bring his friend's assailant, but when MI6 forbids him from getting involved, he resigns and becomes a rogue agent with a personal vendetta. fortunately Q comes to 007's aid to stop the drug dealer and his narcotics trafficking scheme. there is one question though, will 007 stop the drug dealer at any cost, even without being part of her majesty's secret service?
