in a small lakeside town in the french countrie side ,young woman are dissapering without a trace . th superstitions locals blame the lake of ghosts.but the twon mayor (howard vernon)seems reluctant or powerless. to take acton.when a other girl is found with her thort ripped out,a perisian repoter begins to undercver the deadly secrets of the lake of ghosts , green faced nazis who are aroused to action.
