The Sword And The Sorcerer(1982)

King Cromwell travels to Tomb Island and raises a sorcerer named Xusia from the dead to help him overthrow King Richard. Once Cromwell feels that King Richard's army is defeated he then turns on Xusia and apparently kills him. Cromwell then kills Richard and his entire family. Richard's eldest son, Talon, witnesses the entire massacre and barely escapes. Years later, Talon returns to the kingdom that was stolen from his father to seek revenge. Along the way he finds out there is a rebellion going on in an attempt to overthrow King Cromwell. And he also finds that there is a certain sorcerer, thought to be dead, that is after Cromwell as well.
