Wonderful film! Can't decide weather this or "Nightmare Before Christmas" is Buton's magnum opus though! I loved the growing romance between Kim and Edward. I did feel like crying a little though at the end.

Its kinda weird that when Edward cuts the bush and it turns into a dinosaur is that the dinosaur is taller than the bush was before he cut it.

    Tim Burton is a God!
kerfootb Posted 7 years 1 month ago
This is perhaps the only film these days that makes me cry, especially thanks to Danny Elfman's music, he IS a god! It's like they stole the music from Heaven. And yes, Tim Burton, perhaps my favorite director, is an excellent visionary!

Johnny Depp was way hot in this movie. He looked all morbid and constantly depressed. Awww. That made him even sexier.

I LOOOOOOVE this movie. Hate Johnny Depp, but LOVE this movie. As much as I dislike him, I can say though it wouldn't be the same if it was played by anyone other than him.
Plecostomus Posted 9 years 2 months ago
A creative movie, but it had much more potential than the utilized storyline implemented. Over all, I have to say I liked it! Heck, I love almost all of Tim Burton's works!
skamOPs Posted 9 years 3 months ago
i honestly just saw this movie, and the digitally remastered version is insanely colorful. it's totally rad.

the movie however, is totally super-rad.
Forgotten sin Posted 9 years 3 months ago
i saw it the first time last christmas. it's definitely one of Burton's finest, and One of depp's best performances.
jumpstreetschmoe Posted 9 years 3 months ago
Probably one of my favorite films of all time. I remember watching this movie years ago and absolutely falling in love with Edward.

Of course, I love Burton's films and Elfman's music, and mix those with the wonderful slab of acting that is Mr. Johnny Depp and you get a masterpiece.

This was the first film I had ever seen Depp in-and now I must say I could be one of his biggest fans. He's come a long way since his Jump Street days.
