    The main reason Mumbly even exists is because Hanna-Barbera didn't
    want to share credit for Muttley (he was co-created, along with
    Dastardly and the other Wacky Racers, with game-show creators
    Merrill Heatter and Bob Quigley), but they still wanted the
    character.

        Mumbly looks like Muttley's long lost "white sheep" brother.
        This was a take off of Peter Falks' classic detective series Colombo.

          A big "Thank You" to whom ever added the Mumbly theme I have been looking everywhere on the internet for this shows opening theme and had no luck.
