This was a funny show but it didn't last very long. The Ropers were funny but not as funny as they were on Three's Company. Norman Fell who played Mr Roper has been around for many years.

What happened to Stanley and Helen when The Ropers finished it's one season run? Oh yeah, they couldn't go back to "Three's Company" 'cause they had sold the apartment building to Mr. Furley. So in effect, they were dumped from a hit show.

The neighbor was a hot, older chic...that's all I remember.

I always like The Ropers better than Three's Company.

Never saw this, but i loved them in the three's company early seasons
