I watched this show when it was new and loved it. Dan Haggerty was a great Grizzly Adams. This was good wholesome entertainment, hard to find that these days.

This was one of my favorites growing up in the 70's. It almost ran like a documentary with the narration. I will get this on DVD one day.

What do you get when you take a great movie, and turn it into a series while listening to what consumers are after (IE the audiance)? A show that ran two great seasons! With a small come back in the eightys!


I watched this show when I was round 10 on NBC (im 24) when they reaired the entire season plus the new season. I would rush home slide across the floor infront of the tv where mom and dad and nieghbors had came over just to watch the two episodes. I think we all some how knew that it would be a very rare sight to see them again. (Concidering the cheapest copy of the entire seasons I can find online even is 100 plus bucks!)
