Love, love, loved it. I always wanted to be on it too. I remember Bobbie Brown the model who won over and over again and then I saw her in the Warrent video "Cherry Pie". She then married the lead singer.
I always thought I could try singing on star search, but i never sent in a tape or whatever you needed to do to get on the program. It was the american idol of the 80's and instead of a snobby british man, it was Ed McMann!
