I liked this show a lot except for the last season which was not as good. The guy who played the mafia kingpin Sonny in the first two seasons was a great actor and a great character. I believe that Ken Wahl had a motorcycle accident which messed up his back and body and the quit acting after that. It's too bad, this show had the potential to be a long running series.
This was an excellent show that was NOT hard to follow and should have lasted longer. It had a great cast and was probably a little ahead of its time with its multiple-episode story arcs. The 3 leads had good chemistry together.
@da1inonly...it may be your opinion that the 3rd season "sucked", but Ken Wahl did not ruin it by doing drugs. He had a drug and alcohol problem after Wiseguy was over due to a severe back injury.
Yes you did. And I'll tell you this...Kevin Spacey was AMAZING in this show. Because the first season was HARD to follow. Both seasons are on DVD now. So if you get a chance pick them up and take a look. The 3rd season sucked though. Ken Wahl ruined it by doing drugs...
