Hey does anyone remember that episode about the Seven Crystal Balls? Man I remember not being able to sleep because of that one, it scared the heck out of me. Still has atmosphere watching it as a grown up. Weird.

Tintin, the way I described that adventrous character, is like a pre-Monk detective. Monk, the current crime drama series, come on USA network. Tony Shalboub is known for playing that character who has many phobias and uncontrollable ways that cost him his job. Tintin, on the other hand, was not scared or faced with OCD.

I watched The Adventures of Tintin when I was in elementary school.

I watched that show when it was in America, they showed it early in Nick, and I did see why its on early. Because there was one episode that Tintin got shot, and that traumatized me.

I never thought I'd find a trace of this again

After seeing this intro I just bought a Region 2 DVD set of the series. This is probally one of the greatest comic book based toons every made (the best going to Batman: The Animated Series). This show got away with so much that you couldn't do on TV today (like using real guns). I hope one day it may return in American television on Cartoon Network or anybody else for that matter.

Does anyone remember the movie, "Tintin - Prisoner of the Sun"? It was a bit different from the actual T.V. show and kind of dull.

OMG! I totally remeber this show. I loved it. i remeber sitting on my couch with my older bro, drinking chocolate milk out of my sippy cup!..lol i think i was around 5. I forgot how the Theme song goes. Too bad they dont air these shows anymore, they were great.
