Oh I love this show. Of couse my favorite chacter was Jesse.But I also like Jo cause I was a tomboy growing up. I wanted to make my own babysitting business while watching this. I listened to the theme song yesterday and I almost cried.

Yeah, I belonged to the actual book club. Where every month you would get 3 new books and some odd trinket or paper set. I had soooo many of those books. I did watch the show also.

I looooved the books and they did a really good job casting the characters to look exactly how you pictured them to look. The show was way too corny though.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this. Bad thing was that I could never see it because I didn't have cable so the only time I got to watch was when I was by my cousin's house (sucks right?)..

But when I did get cable, you couldn't get me away from this show (but that's when it hit syndication--- looking at the stats I just can't believe it wasn't on for long). Good writing and good acting (not too shabby for a young cast). And the books were just as good as the series...

Plus,I even loved the fact how they were all best friends and went through real life issues!

I loved the movie and the shows that used to aire on Disney Channel,WOW, there were many great shows back then like this one.

I actually have 3 episodes of this show on VHS. I loved the BSC books. The show was okay..I remember begging my parents to get HBO so I would watch it (the show origiunally aied on HBO back in 1990).

After all these years I still haven't seen the movie. I did enjoy the show from time to time. I still have all my books.

i cant beleive i used to read this crap. but it was like a drug i couldnt get enough of it. too sappy and for such a small town, they sure do have a lot of crap goin down there holmes!!soon they will (the babysitters) will get pregnant and experience abuse by their fathers and have to become prostitutes. and then the whole city will go to hell and become crackton. well otherwise, i never watched the series but i loved me those books!!

I still remember their names too. The books were good and so was this show and that movie. Who could have thought someone could have made a fun club out of babysitting?

I loved the books as well as the series. there was a movie in the mid 90s also. I think I can still name all of them...dawn, claudia, mallory, kristy, jessie, stacey and maryanne. kinda sa I still know and I haven't even picked up one of those books in years...or maybe its one of those things that gets ground into your mind kinda like the 7 dwarves which ironically, most people can't remember.
