I actually have kind of a weirdly specific memory involving this particular cartoon. When I was roughly 8 or 9 yrs. old, my Dad bought one of those ill-fated 3DO systems from Panasonic. It came w/ a sampler disc that included an episode of 2 Stupid Dogs. I'm not sure why but that has stuck w/ me for some reason.

This show was funny I remember an Episode where they tried to get a job or something like that.

2 Stupid Dogs was really good, but the show it was influenced by (The Ren & Stimpy Show) was much better. Still 2 Stupid Dogs was a classic, and it needs to be released on DVD.

I loved this show. And I really like how it's humor is like a mix of Ren & Stimpy, and Looney Tunes

Funny how they always made the easiest things so difficult. I remember still the Girl scout, bathroom, automatic door the the store and pay phone episodes. Great Cartoon Netowrk show

I used to like this show a lot! Hahaha. I really wish I had Boomerang, then I could watch it! Along with other old cartoons.

Woah, me and my friend used to love this show! I loved the old CN (anyone agree?), I love the small dog, because of his antics, I loved the Big Dog, too, he was a dumbass, which was just classic. If you haven't watched every episode, they're all on Youtube.

This reminds me a bit of Ren & Stimpy, but less crazy. I love watching this show on Boomerang and when it was on Cartoon Network. Secret Squirrel is also a very good short on this show.

There was a girl in that toon that looked like the little red. And everytime she said a few words she suddenly start screaming. That was really funny...

I miss this show! I remember my dad was saying how stupid it was? Maybe I'm wrong & he said he liked it. Haha, but still, it was pretty awesome.

This substituted for my Ren and Stimpy fix due to our cable company giving us only half the channels while we were stationed in Ft. Polk, LA. This show was hilarious.

I don't have Boomerang and I'm missin' out on this classic! And of course Hollywood and his imfamous... "Well, ain't that cute. BUT IT'S WROOOOONG!!" Gotta love that. They need to put this on DVD.

They showed it on Cartoon Network before it went to Hell showing all these new fucked up cartoons like Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and Camp Lazlo, long story short, they need to bring some of the older cartoons back to Cartoon Network.

LOL...I remember the ep where Big Dog falls for a hamster, and they start talking all soap opera-like, and the hamster refers to him as Jonathan. Since then, I always thought his name was Jonathan. XD

This show blew chunks. The only reason I tuned into it was for Secret Squirrel.

Strange. Although the artwork was cheap and the stories were stupid, I loved this show! I liked how the situations the dogs were placed in varied completely show to show! Despite the small plot frontier, they managed to come up with several ideas that worked well! Not all episodes were like this, but most were!
