I just watched the intro and I actually jumped when the coffin opened!!!!!!! Lmao!!!!!!!

This show really shocked me when I was a kid, intro was erie and really did a number on me, as well as some of the tales.

The opening scared the living hell out of me and my siblings as a kid. The puppet also gave me nightmares but I had no problems watching TFTC after making it pass the opening. I still watch this show and I love their movies. (=

I loved this show as a kid too, yep HBO My little cousin told me I used to force her to watch it with me and she was so terrified. I don't remember that and she was super little so I'm surprised she does. I guess it must have really traumatized her. Oops!

ZOMG my parents watched this and i was a kid like 4 and we only had 1 T.V so they would force me to watch this and the guy scared the shit out of me >.

I'm trying to remember where I saw an episode that concerned a guy getting up in the middle of the night and finding his house overun by faceless blue men. It seems he had become unstuck in time and these guys were building the future. I don't think it was this show but maybe some of you fellow wierdness fans know where it's from.....

My favorite show of all time, and I use to be afraid of it (all because of the Crypt Keeper). I use to watch the repeats on our local Fox station in the mid 90s (I believe), then the Sci-fi channel, and now I've got the entire DVD collection, and I still try to collect the old comic books.

I remember watching it every Sat. night and it was scary as shit but I was never REALLY into it and now that it's hit syndication on Chiller, I understand why--- like, I really can't stand it. But I do have good memories and fave episodes of the show like the time when the black kid's feet were sawed off to fit in the casket or the scarecrow one.... wait, why don't I like this show anymore? I'm sitting here giving MYSELF a whole buncha reasons 2 watch..

Oh yea! This guy scared me when I was little!

This show was really mature for being 'kid-aimed'.

I saw one where a guy fell down an elevator shaft and was crushed. You saw his organ's stick to the bottom of the elevator when it came back up.

Because of that and Tower of Terror the Movie, I am afraid of elevators.

This show scared the crap out of me when I was a kid, but now I'm use to it.

Chiller? I was such a weird child: when I was little, I would watch the Crypt Keeper all day, BUT I was afraid of Big Bird from Seasame Street >_>;

They show reruns of this on Chiller (which launched on March 1). They overuse the Cryptkeeper TO DEATH (pun not intended) in their promos.
