Surprisingly, I don't remember this show. Guess it aired a little before my time.
    tckline31 Posted 4 years 5 months ago
Yeh that girl was in my date with the presidents daughter who also starred the guy who played eric on boy meets world.
    Chrissy84 Posted 4 years 11 months ago
This show was pretty good if you weren't trying to compare it the original book. I remember liking her cat, and the girl had pretty hair.
klinebabe Posted 5 years 5 months ago
I really remember this show! It was a favorite of mine. Didnt that girl end up starring in another disney movie called "my date with the presidents daughter"? anway..i like the catipillar and the red queen. I remember tweedle dee and tweedle dum were black which i thought was cool, and i liked the intro to the show.

I vaguely remember this...it was kind of...scary. Lol.

This show was nothing like the original books or the animated movie, and for God's sake, I APPLAUD it for that. If every interpretation was similar, we would have a very boring world, so I advise people that try to shoot down the show to come up with a better reason than that it was "different". You also have to keep in mind that it's supposed to be a children's series. Of course it will be lighter, and of course all of what makes Alice in Wonderland exciting for adults isn't going to make the cut. Different is different. Not bad, or "gay".

I for one found it awesome that the Rabbit had roller blades. He was very skilled on them and after a while, you start not being able to imagine him any differently. It made the choreography interesting. This show also appears to be one of very few to add depth to characters like the March Hare. I fell in love with him for his quirkiness, and instead of being the Mad Hatter's second fiddle, he was just as strong in the partnership, which made for quite an adorable one that was exciting to watch evolve.

If you give the show a chance, the "what is this fuckery" will ware off and you'll see that it has a very capable, talented cast and a level of three-dimensionality hard to find in children's television. And that's my two cents.

How gay it was movie was better!
    banglefan82 Posted 6 years 7 months ago
The show totally sucked disney should be ashamed of themselves for making it
    psycho_chick56 Posted 6 years 9 months ago
It wasn't my favorite show (even though I loved the movie) but I do remember it. It came on after I usually left for school, so if there was nothing on when I had to stay home I would watch it.
besbblue Posted 6 years 11 months ago
I watched this show every morning. It was on at like 6 a.m. and I was in pre-school. My mom would get me up, get me dressed (because my dad can barely make his clothes match) and then leave me home with my dad while she went to work. I would eat Eggo Mini Cinnamon Toast Waffles while watching this show every morning!

i like adventures in wonderland TV show is so cool, too.
dalmatianlover Posted 7 years 2 months ago
This show was an insult to the Disney movie! When I watched the first episode, and I heard the catepillar say, "Hi, Alice," I almost had a heart attack! Whatever happened to the catepillar who said, "Who are you?" Also, the White Rabbit has roller blades, and the Tweedles are rappers? What the hell were they thinking?
KachieChan Posted 7 years 7 months ago
I saw this once and I almost peed my pants because it scared me.

I used to have this show on video. It's interesting how different the characters are from the animated film.

I LOVE AIW! I still do! Alice is my favorite cahracter! I LOVE her solo songs so much! I remember watching the movie in school. I HATED it! I would sit ther and hum Alice songs til the bell rang. The movie was nothing like the series. I grew up with the series. I Remember watching the movie in fourth grade and thinking, "What is this! This isn't what I'm used to! Where's Alice's miror? Where's the cool music? Where are hte tweedles!" I was totally lost. I remember going home that day and watching two episodes of AIW to get the movie out of my head. If anyone wants any Alice songs, I have a CD full of them! Anyone who wants them, can just e-mail me at: [email protected]

And if anyone has MSN Messenger, they can e-mail me and add me to their contact list. My sn is: [email protected]

I hope to hear from everyone soon! My fave songs are: "Snow", "I Was That Close" "Royal Toss Up" and a lot of others!

Retroguy, you think she was "fine" then? Look her up now, her name is Elisabeth Harnois. She is stunning.
SharonTheJedi Posted 8 years 8 months ago
I did enjoy this show.. To my disappointment it was not like the classic movie but hey, what do you want, it was the early nineties.. By the way, the girl was a little girl, she wasn't "fine".... Maybe she was cute when you were little too......

Do you know how many times I had tried to go through my dresser mirror after watching Adventures in Wonderland?
I swear there's a permanent dent in my forehead
Yes I was a gullible child especial when I had 4 way older siblings egging me on to try
Harpsiccord Posted 9 years 1 month ago
Damn, I loved this show... catchy tune, fun characters, lots of memories. The queen's a very pretty lady, too. Hopefully I can find a place to download this. I remember the episode where Dum (or Dee?) was sick of loosing games to his brother and ate fruit that made him stronger, but eventually made him sick.

i always watched this on the disney channel i loved the white rabbit he was really cool and like it was such a good show way better than any of the crap disney has on now
    TV1985 Posted 9 years 6 months ago
Adventures in Wonderland was AWSOME! It was also the time before The Disney Channel decided to move to local channels.

The Disney Channel was better when it didn't have commercials like any other movie channel like HBO, CineMAX, Showtime, Starz, etc.
    auburntiger04 Posted 9 years 7 months ago
I absolutely loved this show because my name is Alice! Lame, I know, but I was a kid!
browneyedgirl Posted 9 years 7 months ago
I watched this show religiously as a child. I loved all things Alice in Wonderland, so I loved the show even if it wasn't totally book!cannon.
CanadianWeirdAlFan Posted 9 years 7 months ago
I remember watching this on Family Channel years ago. I use to think the Mad Hatter was so hot. He still kind of is, in an odd way. The Chesire Cat was cool too.
Sheik Posted 9 years 7 months ago
I used to watch this all the time when I was just a youngin.
xNekonessx Posted 9 years 8 months ago
I remember watching this show!!! I remember being really obsessed with the mad hatter and the chesire cat.
EmeraldeJade Posted 9 years 8 months ago
I forgot about this one! I used to watch this on disney around the same time as the care bears I think...
shorty spice Posted 9 years 9 months ago
Faithful watcher of this show. Every morning before I went to school. I really liked it.
    Phantasmagoria_3D Posted 9 years 10 months ago
I used to watch this show around 7 or so years ago. It was somewhat interesting, but I just couldn't find myself to like it. In fact, it's rather stupid and NOTHING like the original Novel[s] by Lewis Carrol or even the animated Disney movie! Sure, the lessons might've been good and well taught, but it was still mostly boring! There were far better shows at the time this was aired...
Trashley Posted 9 years 10 months ago
I used to watch this, and one time when I went to Disney World we did some backstage tour thing and I saw the front of the house like the shows for this show. I thought that was just "soooo cool" at the time.
Brodie Banks Posted 9 years 10 months ago
I remember this show...my older sister and I would watch it...
Plecostomus Posted 9 years 11 months ago
Yup, I remember watching this when I was extremely young. A children's show that does no justice to the book. People! If you want an idea of what Alice in Wonderland or Alice Through the Looking Glass was all about, read the books by Lewis Carrol! The meanings are totally lost by adaptations. This show in particularly taught kids "important lessons" like DON'T DO DRUGS AND MAKE CHILDREN'S SHOWS (at the same time of course). Do I sense a hint of HR Puff 'n' Stuff? Interesting music though (all 80’s like!)
