I miss Fred Penner. Between Fred Penner and Mr. Dressup, they were the best when I was growing up.

As soon as this and the Elephant show came on I would change the channel, only to return when the \"better show\" started.

i like the opening and closing credits from 1985-1993 because they were better then the 1995 one someday remove the 1995 intro and put the 1985-1993 opening and closing credits

    Sneakers00 Posted 8 years 7 months ago
Wasnt there another intro to this show ?
I remember some other kind of intro the one thats on here only came on the new shows :)
Moonxtal Posted 8 years 7 months ago
I wasn\'t a huge fan, mostly because I prefered the cartoons over live action. but even as a kid I could tell he was crawling out of a fake log onto a sound stage. I always thought it would be cool to crawl through a log to get to a super secert spot in the forest where nobody else went. ^^

This show was definitely Canadian. It was shot somewhat here in Winnipeg at CBC studios, and the outdoor scenes in Vancouver BC. I work with Fred Penners brother. Fred is a very nice guy, very down to earth.
    80sGuru Posted 8 years 8 months ago
It says it\'s a canadian show but I distinctly remember this show, and i am american.
    shorty1k Posted 8 years 10 months ago

    Two Words: Word Bird
Benjo Posted 8 years 11 months ago
I think the only cool thing about this show was the log thing. Other than that, it was just like the Land of Make-Believe as an entire show.
    Kenny_canadian6 Posted 9 years 3 months ago
This show was cool, while growing up. I remember that once in a while Mr. Dressup would make a special apearence.
