I wish I got to see this show when I was a kid. I didn't know about this show until I got older.

Hahaha I don\'t really remember this that much but I watched it sometimes. I still rememeber the beginning of the theme song: \"Sing me a story, sing me a rhyme, sing me all about what happened one upon a time.\"

Referring to musicradio77\'s query of 12/15/2005, when he asked \"...what Lynsey McLeod is doing now?\", I can tell you this: Ms. McLeod did additional voices for the 2002 English language version of the anime film \"Cowboy Bebop the Movie: Knockin\' on Heaven\'s Door.\"

OK this is a peice of crap with horrible puppets of a book with a face, a talking cat and (oh the irony) bookworm siblings that sing in a library located in a fench, religious town during the sixteen hundreds, can we say HERESSY and WITCH BURNINGS?

Any way it\'s a terrible idea. I do remember OLD Disney sing alongs that were much more cleverly put together having hosts for different videos like Jiminy cricket (Disneys unnofficial spokesman) Ludvick Von Drake, and the Fairy God mother that took different songs from Disney movies and cartoons and placed them in the theme of that show. Different ones like friendship and honesty and all that junk. over all old one rocked, new one can kiss my ass.

That show really blows. I used to taped it off of TV when I was in my Anderson School days. That lasted just one season and a total of 17 episodes. That was long after \"The Magic Garden\" and \"Romper Room\" since it went off the air on other New York City TV outlets. back in the 80\'s. Lynsey McLeod was portrayed as the real Belle (not the animated version of a character played by the voice Paige O\'Hara). They were telling some stories about \"The Three Little Pigs\", \"Susie, The Little Blue Coupe\", \"Wynken, Blyken & Nod\" and then throw clips from the Disney cartoons with the music. Too bad, that show lasted one season. She made her brief return four years later in \"Belle\'s Tales of Friendship\". That movie on VHS was still out of print and it was not available on DVD. I don\'t know what Lynsey McLeod is doing now?

Meh, this was another weak attempt by Disney to target a younger audience. The show was pretty dull and not all that interesting or worthwhile. And what is with Disney always making Sing-Along crap?
