I miss cartoons like these. Too bad we have to deal with crappy shows now in these days.
    AtticAttack2099 Posted 6 years 9 months ago
Good god, In a Minute indeed! I used to live by this on weekends at grandmas. Never had cable at home so this was a nice change of pace from a Winnie the Pooh I had seen 6 times. I don't care how femme I sound saying this, but I love me some Jem. Even been dvr'ing the series which is currently rerunning on cable channel The Hub. So many classic toons presented here. Wasn't Toxic Crusaders shown on here in the 90's? I will never forget the commercials for Muzzy that were always shown.

    palmer10 Posted 7 years 6 months ago
Cartoon Express was the best place to go for Saturday morning cartoons.

I am so glad that I have some taped episodes of this show with the original commercial breaks! I pop it in and time-travel every now and then.

the world and its networks that we remember watching our favorite cartoons have died so now new networks replace the old ones and decides waht goes and waht stays from the past years.

kerfootb Posted 10 years 6 months ago
I was thinking of making a channel like this when I got older. Unfortunately, it\'d be WAY too expensive so I have to pass on it. I\'d certainly subscribe to a channel like this!
ShaggE Posted 10 years 6 months ago
Oh man, one of my favorites. \"Action, adventure, and all the rest, on the USA Cartoon Express!\" (that\'s from memory, might not be remembering it correctly.)
    phenomenal1 Posted 10 years 6 months ago
Dude why didn\'t you make the channel it would have been bad ass mixing up the action shows like Street fighter and
Double dragon along with shows like Super mario Bros and TMNT.
    Blueroc85 Posted 10 years 7 months ago
    This is a classic!
    J-Man Posted 10 years 9 months ago

LOL you guys are hilarious. I used to love this show. Even though it WAS pretty generic.
dalmatianlover Posted 11 years 2 months ago
I really want to start my own TV station and play my own retro-cartoons blocks!
    99Centsplease Posted 11 years 4 months ago
Ah yes, when general entertainment was, well, general. I can\'t believe TBS, TNT and USA dropped \'toons in the late 1990s. I only watch TNT for the NBA and USA for the occasional Raw. Mumble grumble corporate honchos stupidos mumble.
    BadGurl404 Posted 11 years 5 months ago
Shame on you, USA! Shame On You!
    BadGurl404 Posted 11 years 5 months ago
You\'re also forgetting about The Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show.
    C-Boss Posted 11 years 5 months ago
WHOA!! I think i just seen Doug and Porkchop!
    TV1985 Posted 11 years 5 months ago
USA Cartoon Express was a great thing for children during the weekdays when we all would come home from school and watch television.

Not only did USA Network have cartoons, it also had reruns of Gameshows like Press Your Luck, Scrabble, Classic Pyramid with Dick Clark, High Rollers, and many other gameshows.

Also, there was great movies on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights. The Star Wars or Indiana Jones Trilogy\'s for example.

Now these days USA Network sucks since they don\'t have cartoons or kids shows in the afternoons. The only thing I watch on that channel is WWF/E Monday Night Raw.
    sailor_moon_girl Posted 11 years 5 months ago
i loved cartoon express i miss so much even if i\'m 18
    BC_Anselmo Posted 11 years 5 months ago
It is Ironic that NBC got rid of of saturday morning cartoons because of \"...cable having cartoons...\" yet USA Cartoon express got rid of the3 cartoon express shortly afterward.

Thanks to whoever put up the new clips.
sewage Posted 11 years 8 months ago
This was the best. They should bring it back for old time\'s sake. A lot of the cartoons were so awesome. I distinctly remember Sonic being my favorite I think.
    AH3RD Posted 12 years 1 month ago
You said it, mee2! Before Cartoon Network, before even Boomerang, there was The USA Cartoon Express. 2 of the shows I looked forward to watching on this show were Dynomutt Dog Wonder and The Great Grape Ape Show. A third was the original 1969-70 episodes of Scooby-Doo Where Are You! because of Ted Nichols\' original musical theme!

Speaking of Dynomutt, the Dynomutt, Dog Wonder bridging sequence and the original Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt end credits was seen as part of USA\'s Cartoon Express...something Warner Home Video DIDN\'T give us as part of their so-called Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour: The Complete Series DVD set! Anyone saved any VHS recordings of this??
gaastra Posted 12 years 3 months ago
I used to watch this everyday.
SenTora Posted 12 years 3 months ago
On Sunday mornings, THIS was the ultimate pinnacle of cartoon goodness. From 6AM to 12PM this was where my brother, myself, and when I went to my grandmother\'s place my uncle as well, planted ourselves. With our large box of toys and bowls of cereal, this was our weekly must see TV.
