Though the infomation here is wrong, the series was produced sometime in the early 80\'s in Italy through Bruno Bozzetto\'s studio. They were written and directed by Guido Manuli, one of Bozzetto\'s former collaborators in the past, and these were co-produced through several organizations such as the Swiss public TV channel. In the US, I remember these showing on USA Network\'s \"Calliope\" program.
