I remember this show as a kid. Mostly the Christmas episode where Penny and Timmy are given money to buy Christmas presents with and Penny spends all her money before she can buy a gift for her brother and she is trying hard to find him a gift before Christmas.

I cant even find this show on IMDB!! Its that rare and unheard of!
