Hearts in Ice was my least favorite of all three Sailor Moon movies. But it was good never-the-less. I mean come on! Has any evil villain, who is a chick, ever heard of covering up?
The dubbed version of this is pretty damn bad. Not only is the acting bad, they really downplay the great background music, which kinda pissed me off. At least they didn't re-record new music, I guess...
