this movie is very underrated and the only reason it isnt so popular is because its not halloween and nobody wants to give john carpenter a chance with other movies and this is one of my favorite horror films,

This is my favorite John Carpenter horror movie. Definitely underrated.

One of the best horror films of all time

This film has excellent atmosphere. One of Carpenters unsung accomplishments.
