This one was such a letdown for me. More than half of the movie took place on the boat and the NY scenes were just sooooo weak, especially coming from someone who's second home is pretty much NY. The end was hilarious too, but I think by that time they were just riding the cash cow.

Opening scene of this film is worth the dollars it will cost on NetFlix...if this is the one where the mortician grubs Jason's evil heart!!!

Jason takes manhattan more like jason takes a crew ship for the whole movie. Yep Jason finnally leaves crystal lake to persue more teen victims in the big apple. But this is one of the sequels that was not worthy but this one is better than Jason X ha ha.

I liked this movie. My favorite part is when he's walking down the street and he kicks the punks radio. Lmao! Hilarious.

I can't help but wonder how a lake in the middle of the woods connects up to the ocean but everyone who watches these films knows, contiunity is something you can't expect too much of.

Kane Hodder is the best!

I thought it was so funny when Jason arrived in the city, looked up at the billboard and saw the hockey advertisment. He was like, "Hmmm".

Not the best 'Friday' film, but Kane Hodder makes the PERFECT Jason and it's nice to see the hockey masked psycho take on the BIG APPLE in this eighth installment to the popular horror series! Cheesy, but worth a look!
