        Haha I saw this movie for the first time last year I think when my boyfriend found it on tv and showed me how disturbing it was lol he said he watched it as a little kid.

          "Watership Down" is one of my all time favourite animated films...it`s up there with The Lion King and Shrek for me...and after 30 years it still gets to me big time.

            Animation has never touched so close to reality as with this film. Watership Down stands alone in its boldness, and sugarcoats nothing. Young children should have grown up present to explain somethings though. But still a must see for any generation.

                  This movie freaked me out when I was a kid, and I'm not really sure why. Perhaps because it was the first cartoon that I ever saw with blood and death. I now own it on DVD and think it's a great film -- but it traumatized me when I was young....
