In this animated fun-fest, a pack of ghosts, goblins and other scary critters invades the ursine village of Bearbank. With most of the citizens understandably spooked, Ted E. Bear and his good friend Patti Bear step forward to take on the unwelcome guests, though Patti is forced to come to Ted's rescue when he gets captured by his quarry.
