Yeti: Giant of the 20th Century
Release: January 01, 1977

An Italian imitation of the 1976 KING KONG remake about a giant yeti that gets thawed out and trashes Toronto, Canada. A kin to KING KONG, he falls for a girl and a mad entrepreneur is involved to make money off of this monster. Unintentionally funny. With the hype of Universal and Paramount fighting over the rights of the original, various productions from across the globe tried to cash in on it. Some made the movies, others failed to complete it. Mario Bava was going to make an Italian production called BABY KONG, but it never got made. Another film maker made this movie, but use a giant Yeti. Watch this movie on Youtube and you will find out that too many scenes are copying the 1976 KING KONG.
