Fight Club

The story focuses on a disillusioned, death-obsessed pencil-pusher whose only apparent social stimulus comes from attending cancer support-group meetings. His dreary existence takes a decided turn for the anarchic when he meets an amoral and enigmatic guru named Tyler Durden, with whom he develops a secret society of "fight clubs," where young men catch the ultimate adrenaline rush by beating the tar out of one another. Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, and Helena Bonham Carter leads, opposite Meat Loaf, and Jared Leto. David Fincher directs from the screenplay by Jim Uhls; Based on the novel by Chuck Palahniuk.
