The Moxy Show
Debut: December 05, 1993
Ended: December 25, 1995

A show about a 3-D animated dog named Moxy who has a crush on Josie and the Pussycats, as well as his sidekick, Flea. Originally, back in 1993-1994, it was a one hour masterpiece called “The Moxy Pirate Show”, which at that time was the only non classic show airing on Cartoon Network. Then in 1995, it was renamed “The Moxy Show”. In around 1994, Flea was introduced to the show and became an instant star. Due to Flea's popularity, the show was gonna have a spin-off called “The Moxy & Flea Show”, however the spin-off never had any other episodes made other then the pilot. That incarnation was cut down to only 30 minutes. Moxy is voiced by famous comedian Bobcat Goldthwait, and Flea is voiced by famous illusionist Penn Jillette. The show was removed from Cartoon Network on around April 1st 2000; the same day when most classic cartoons were moved off of Cartoon Network and transferred to Boomerang. However, The Moxy Show did not go to Boomerang and has not aired since. Although they are not shown anymore, it's still considered to be Cartoon Network's first ever original creation.
