Freshman Fall
Release: January 01, 1996

Looking forward to her freshman year at Pierpont College, Melissa Connell is also nervous about being away from home for the first time. Afraid that she won't fit into the wild social life on campus, she gets invited to a party being hosted by her older brother's fraternity. There, Melissa gets close to the popular Scott Baker and soon finds herself and having too much to drink. Next thing she knows she's savagely date-raped by Scott in his room upstairs. She keeps the attack to herself but then finds herself unable to cope with the events haunting her and affecting her life. Finally, Melissa confesses to her family and plans to report Scott to the campus court. Her charges, however, leave Melissa ostracized and ridiculed by her roommates, the other students, and even her own brother. At the hearing, the school can't find an iota of evidence or proof and Scott is aquitted. Afterwards, Melissa tries to find another way to find her attacker's guilt. But is she looking for justice or revenge? Directed by Bethany Rooney.
