Spiff and Hercules (1989 - 1989)

French animated series based on comic strip by José Cabrero Arnal. Its original title is "Pif et Hercule". It's a story about brown/yellow dog (Spiff) and black/white cat (Hercules), who are best friends but they fight all the time.
