Kids' Court was a court show that aired on Nickelodeon that helps kids who are having situation problems. After the situation argument, They would vote by using "The Horonable Judge 'O Meter" to vote if the kid is guilty or not-guilty. The more loud noise the audience makes wins the case. The show is hosted by Paul Provenza. And during a commercial break, They would do a question (via "You'll be the judge!"). One of the question was "Can a bank robber get punished if guilt has been discovered after 30 years" and the answer is "NO! Under the law, Those certain kinds of cases are considered closed after many years go by." At the show's closing credits, Host Paul Provenza would ask a the kid in the studio audience on what their situation problem is and ask "Is it fair or unfair?" And the audience would yell out "UNFAIR!" in unison.
